I am a lifelong writer – former award-winning journalist, former non-fiction author of many serious books (successful under a different name of course), and now an upbeat humorous novelist who discovers her absurd characters in real life and turns them into well, no one you would know or recognize (I hope).

My 2-legged muse left the planet some time ago and now I share my life with Koa. A Portuguese Water Dog who travels with me between the Pacific NW and Florida (yeah…I am at that age…but I don’t live in the Villages!)
